Friday. beau's deer has been done (being mounted) for awhile now, but we had just never gotten up to beaver to pick it up! so friday after i got off of work we went and visited the newlyweds (ramsey and shaunie... it's not us anymore, weird!) and then headed up to pick up the deer! it was so nice up there! after picking up the 'cargo' we headed over to this gun store/pawn shop place that beau wanted to show me. i was a little hesitant, but it was actually really cool! they literally had everything you could think of! from old rugrats burger king toys, to silver platters! i think we spent like 2 hours walking around there! it was huge! (for beaver) ;) so after that we we starving! it was 3:00, and every place either closed at 2:00... of didnt open till 4:00. we finally found a place called Kan Kun, and settled on that, and boy was it good! i recommend it if any of you take the voyage to beaver! after we got home, we went back over to ramsey and shaunies to 'help paint' we mostly just ate pizza and talked. sorry guys, we weren't much help!
Saturday. after i got off work (yes i worked friday AND saturday!) we were supposed to go to a baby blessing for one of beau's friends baby. so i changed at work, grabbed arby's for lunch and sped home. only to walk in the door and have beau tell me, "i told him we wouldn't be able to make it. i didn't want you to have to rush!" thanks babe. you are SO helpful! ;) so we relaxed for a bit, and then it was off to cedar for miss cadence's birthday party! it was supposed to be a swim party, but it rained, a lot. so we all stayed inside. needless to say, i am waiting at least 10 years to have kids.
Sunday. aah. this is where the fun begins. after church we came home, and my mother dearest and scottie came over and we took a few family pictures for her new found facebook addiction. after that we ate and then packed to go.... CAMPING! yeah! i seriously had not been like TENT camping, since girls camp! we tried once last year, but there were SO many bugs that we just gave up! there were a lot of bugs this time too, but we toughed it out! we went on a fourwheeler ride to where we want to build our cabin, the view is spectacular! i'm not even joking this is it!
i can not wait to have a cabin! hopefully once we get into a house we can get started on it! anyways, so then we came back, and it was REALLY windy! so we roasted a few hot dogs, beau fished for a little bit, and then we finally turned in for the night.
Monday. after not much sleep (it was COLD!!) we got up super early, beau fished a little more, and then we packed up and went home! that afternoon, we went and saw this little flick...
it was SO good! seriously just as good as the first one! i would see it again. then it was back home to do our weekly ritual of getting beau packed for the week. and here we are! back to reality! bummer. this weekend will be fun too though! shaunie and i are headed to Vegas on thursday to stay with the boys and then do a little shopping! sorry this post was so dang long! i guess our lives are just too exciting! ;)

Wow....reading your blog reminds me of what it was like to have life without kids!! Glad you had fun and I was wondering if that movie was any good. Now I will go see it.
