It was my family's year for Easter, so naturally, we headed to Ivins for the annual Jolley BBQ and egg hunt! The kids had a great time and we had fun visiting. :)
Easter was on the same weekend as General Conference this year, which I though would be fantastic, however, it ended up making the day a little hectic. We woke up early and I made Raspberry Danish and Asparagus Breakfast casserole for breakfast, and then my Mom came over to watch the kids do their Easter hunt.
I did a scavenger hunt this year, which Blake seemed to really enjoy! Quinn was just excited because everyone was running back and forth and laughing. :)
The hunt ended in the backyard where the Easter bunny had left their buckets and a trampoline!
After that was done, we watched both conference sessions, and then had family over for a BBQ. It's so nice that our families get along so well! We frequently have parties with both of our families there.
We ate burgers and salads, and then the kids had an egg/candy hunt, my mom brought an Easter craft for them to do, and lastly we painted eggs. The kids LOVE having their cousins over!
